Phone orders are placed online, the same way you would place them.   How to Shop Click the "Add to Cart" button to select the item you want to purchase. To change the quantity ordered, type in the new quantity and click the "Update Quantity" button To remove an item, change the quantity to 0 and click the "Update Quantity" button. When you have selected all your items, click "Checkout" and you will be prompted to fill in your billing and shipping information.   What Is Pre-Order Status?   "Pre-order status" means that an item is just coming into production and will be shipped to you as soon as we get it in stock. If you do not want to pay for the item ahead of time to reserve it for you, please place your order after we have taken the item off pre-order status.
