Holiday Shopping Tips
Buy with confidence this holiday season! We care about our customers, and our stores.
We want to make this year's holiday shopping season easy, fun, and inexpensive for you.
We know it can be confusing to select just the right paintball gift, so we're giving you some hints to make your shopping easier.
Buy your holiday paintball gifts early.
Early ordering minimizes the chances of problems arising from backorders or last-minute processing (wrong items, missing items, etc.).
Please include your daytime phone number so we can contact you if necessary.
Open your order from us as soon as you receive it to verify you received everything you ordered.
Don't gift-wrap it unchecked. If you have purchased an item as a gift and need to return it, make sure it stays unused and unopened.
Shipping Schedules and Information
We recommend placing your order before 3 PM Eastern Daylight Time on Tuesday, December 18th to possibly receive it in time for Christmas.
Select Next Day or 2nd Day shipping for the best chance of delivery.
We will do our absolute best to get your order to you, but due to the busy holiday season, we can't guarantee all deliveries.
UPS and DHL will be delivering on Monday the 24th. Select shipping methods accordingly.
Backorders
If an item you ordered is not in stock, we won't sit on your order: We'll contact you with other options.
Please make sure you include a daytime phone number on your order so we can contact you immediately.
Shipping to an Alternate Address
If you want to ship to an address other than your credit card's billing address, call the customer service number on the
back of your card and authorize them to allow us to ship to the alternate address.
Note that you have done so in the comments box on the Billing Information page.
This will save us from having to call you or your credit card company to make sure somebody else didn't use your card to ship items to another address.
Holiday Return Policies
Policies are valid for orders placed between December1 and 24, 2007:
1. Open the order as soon as you receive it so we can correct any problems immediately. Do not wait until Christmas morning. Click here for the Missing Items form.
2. During the holiday period we will waive the restocking fee if the item is unopened and unused.
If you need to return any portion of your order, you will have until 5 PM EST, Jan 2 to place a Return Authorization Request. We must receive the item by January 9th.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
