| When Will My Order Ship?
In-stock orders placed before 3 PM EST, Monday through Friday, usually leave our warehouse that evening. When your order is packed, you will receive an email directly from our warehouse. Once the shipper picks up your order, you will get a second email with your tracking number.
In the event that any item you ordered is not in stock AND does not ship that day we will contact you.
If you are paying by Personal Check please allow 2-4 days for your payment to clear through the banks. Payment must be received before your order can be shipped.
Free Shipping Offer
NYS Paintball Supply LLC offers free shipping on most orders over $99; orders will ship via our Economy Shipping Method (see description below).
If you qualify for free shipping you may upgrade to faster Ground for only $6.50 more. Upgrades to faster Ground Service may ship via DHL or UPS at our discretion. Check maps below for average transit times.
Exceptions to Free Shipping:
- Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada or other countries.
- Certain items such as, but not limited to, bunkers, fields, tents, Netting, Paintballs etc.
- Telephone order minimum to qualify for free shipping is $299.
Economy Shipping
NYS Paintball Supply is proud to offer a shipping method for those customers who need a cost-effective solution while not needing the fastest delivery method. Economy Shipping is available to customers in the continental 48 States. An order shipped using Economy Shipping is handled through the United States Postal Service. Orders routed to you utilizing Postal Service (USPS) are hand-delivered by your local postal carrier Monday thru Saturday. The transit time for most orders shipped via Economy Shipping is 4 to 7 business days. A tracking number is provided so you can track your package every step of the way. At the sole discretion of NYS Paintball Supply, some orders where Economy shipping is chosen may be shipped using DHL Ground or UPS Ground (described in the next section).

| DHL & UPS Shipping Options
NYS Paintball Supply offers shipping services from DHL & UPS, including DHL Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, DHL 2nd Day, DHL Next Day, three Canadian methods, and two international methods. DHL & UPS guarantee their delivery transit times for UPS 3 Day Select, DHL 2nd Day, DHL Next Day. Although DHL Ground transit times are not guaranteed, the map below is very reliable for DHL Ground service.
You can use the DHL Ground Shipping option to the continental 48 states. For Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico please use DHL 2nd Day service. DHL & UPS deliver orders Monday thru Friday except on national holidays. The following map shows typical transit times for both DHL Ground and UPS Ground.

| For example: if you place your order from Montana on Sunday, your in-stock order should be shipped out on Monday and delivered on that Thursday. DHL Ground allows for one additional day for delivery to remote locations. Orders placed on weekends and holidays cannot be shipped until the next business day (typically Monday through Friday).
DHL & UPS Express Service to US Locations
NYS Paintball Supply is pleased to offer UPS 3 Day Select (only continental US), DHL 2nd Day, and DHL Next Day to all US locations & Puerto Rico. All DHL & UPS Express orders require prepayment; Sorry no CODs. Transit times comply with the DHL or UPS service selected provided the order is received by 3pm EST on a business day. If your Express order is held up by a backordered item, we will contact you. Please use your billing address as the shipping address to prevent delays.
NYS Paintball Supply is not responsible for delays beyond our control including but not limited to DHL or UPS errors, weather, or natural disasters. There are no refunds for Express Shipping. We highly recommend that you choose a shipping method which allows the delivery of your order an extra day or two prior to the day that you MUST have your order. All DHL & UPS Express shipments are delivered Monday through Friday excluding holidays.
USPS Parcel Post
USPS Parcel Post orders are shipped by the US Postal Service. It may be less expensive for you to ship this way, and you can still track the package so you know right where it is.
How Much Is My Shipping?
To see the shipping options and costs for your entire order, add the items you want to your cart. After you log in or enter your address during the checkout process, you will be able to view the shipping costs and select shipping options before placing your order.
High-Value Orders
To help ensure you receive your order, all orders valued over $250 are sent signature required.
Shipping to Another Address
If you pay by credit card and your card is registered with Verified by Visa or MasterCard Secure Code and the charge is validated during the checkout process, we will ship to an address other than the billing address with no further requirements.
If you pay by credit card and your card is NOT registered with Verified by Visa or MasterCard Secure Code, we will ONLY ship credit card orders to an address other than the credit card billing address if you have completed the following requirements:
- Contact your credit card company and ask them to make a note in your file authorizing NYS Paintball Supply to ship to the alternate address (an address other than where you receive you credit card billing statements).
- You must provide your card issuer's customer service telephone number, located on the back of your credit card. By doing so, you are indicating that you will contact your credit card's customer service center to authorize the alternate shipping address you have given us.
We will then call your credit card's customer service to obtain authorization. Under no circumstances will we ship orders that have different billing and shipping addresses without receiving authorization from your credit card company. This protects your account by preventing credit card fraud.
General Shipping Policies
We try to keep our website up to date with our inventory levels. If we are out of an item that you have ordered, we will send you an email and/or call you as soon as possible to let you know it is out of stock, and to give you options to upgrade or cancel that item.
- We use DHL or UPS as our primary shipping carrier.
- We use USPS Priority Mail to deliver to APO addresses
Shipping Paintballs
We recommend that you ship paintballs via a ground shipping method. Shipping paintballs via air express increases the risk of breakage. NYS Paintball Supply is not responsible for any ball breaks that may occur during shipping. Please contact your Carrier and they will Open a claims case.
